If your message concerns an order, include your order number and the same email address used for the order. This helps us handle the case faster.

Changing An Order

If you need to change an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Products are made to order. Once an order has moved into production, changing or cancelling it may no longer be possible.

Delivery

Products are made to order. The shipping cost is shown at checkout. Tracking is provided when available, and you will receive a delivery confirmation by email.

Potero Standard products are designed in Finland. Apparel is made to order in allied NATO country Latvia and shipped directly from there to customers in Finland and elsewhere in Europe.

Products are made according to demand, not mass-produced for stock.

Returns And Exchanges

In the EU and Finland, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. Notify us first by email at hq@poterostandard.fi.

The returned product must be unused, unwashed, and resalable. Trying it on is ok. The customer pays the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong product.

For a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 30 days of delivery when possible. Include a clear photo and description of the issue.

Products And Sizing

If you are unsure about sizing, check the product-specific size chart before ordering.

The products are everyday and off-duty apparel for the defence-minded community. They are not uniforms, protective equipment, or Finnish Defence Forces equipment.
